Through the eyes of the wolf
It is probably easier said than done, but in the future the wolf may also move into the dune area of Kennemerduinen. From October 2019 PWN will present the exhibition 'Through the Eyes of the Wolf ' in visitor centre De Hoep.
The exhibition will increase understanding of the wolf and its ecology, and of what it means to share The Netherlands with this special predator.
After a successful stint in visitor centre De Kennemerduinen, ‘Through the Eyes of the Wolf’, the exhibition developed by PWN is moving to visitor centre De Hoep in the North Holland Dune Reserve. PWN designed the exhibition in 2019, as sightings of wolves scouting for a suitable place to live are increasingly common in The Netherlands.
Whether the wolf will reach our dune area is the subject of much discussion. PWN thought this an excellent opportunity to inform our visitors about this beautiful animal. The exhibition has been extended with three extra subjects for its residence in De Hoep. It opens on the 22nd of October.
