- How do I pay for my holiday?
After making your booking you'll receive a booking confirmation. You can pay via 'Mijn Bakkum' (My Bakkum) with iDeal. In 'Mijn Bakkum' you'll also find when instalments are due.
- I booked a pitch or rental accommodation, but I have not received a booking confirmation. What should I do?
Perhaps the e-mail address was not entered correctly. If the booking confirmation fails to reach you, please contact us. Send us an e-mail, or give us a ring on +31 251-661091.
- I wish to cancel my booking. How much does that cost? How do I do it (with/without cancellation insurance)?
A cancellation is subject to Recron conditions. If you have your own cancellation insurance you can claim via the supplier of this insurance.
